Hi Marcy.

How are you? So, you want to know about my favorite dish from my country? Well, it´s a stew called ajiaco and ít´s very popular here in colombia.

Ajiaco is a mean stew. it has chicken, herbs. onions, sweetcorn and different kinds of potato. it´s very easy to make. First, fry the chicken pieces in butter, then chop the vegetables, and them to the  pot with some chicken stock and boil for about 25 minutes. Then add the chicken. We usually serve ajiaco with sour cream and avocado.
This is a delicuius dish! You should try it!

How about you ? Do you have a favorite dish?
