a traditional day in Mexico

A traditional date in Mexico is the day of the three wise men . Every year on January 6th  the children write a letter to the magi and make a request, toys, or something like that. That night the people buy or do a bread containing some children, according to the tradition is the god child . But that is another story, named Candlemas Day.  It’s a way to remember the religion and giving gifts to the children
That’s an old tradition, it began in the 3rd century in Spain, they created a bread to celebrate the three wise men
